Raphaël Grisey in conversation with Marie-Hélène Gutberlet, March 12th, Galleri Kit, lecture series within the exhibition We Hold this Myth to be Potential

Raphaël Grisey will be presenting and discussing together with Marie-Hélène Gutberlet different excerpts of films made by Bouba Touré, Sidney Sokhona and himself, colonial films, photographies, drafts and ideas. They will unfold the aspect of technology in his ongoing research project by entering the afrofuturist ecosystem of Somankidi Coura, the self organized cooperative founded by a group of former west african migrant workers and activists in France in the 1970s, which became a model along the Senegal river in Mali.
